Giclee prints may be returned under the following conditions: • A return request must be made within 14 days of delivery • The artwork must be returned within 30 days of delivery • The print must be unused and in its original packaging and condition • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the collector • A refund or credit less a 30% production (restocking) fee, Once the artwork is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
